As a Church, we cherish immensely the privilege to come before the Lord in Prayers and Fasting. Fasting is encouraged as a means of developing personal concentration, humility of the body and total submission of all that we are to focus on our relationship with the Almighty God through our Lord Jesus Christ to experience a continuous renewal of our mind and Spirit toward new dimensions of deeper spiritual experience.
